Warm Water Tibetan Bowl Massage
In-Person Only. This ancient and powerful form of bodywork therapy will leave you feeling deeply grounded, relaxed and energetically connected. Multiple Tibetan singing bowls of various sizes are placed on and around the body. When played these bowls provide acoustical energy and resonance which causes the body to naturally entrain and align itself to the sounds of the bowls. While in a deep state of relaxation warm water will be poured into the bowls on the body. Then each bowl is played while moving up and down the chest, stomach, pelvic area, back, hips, thighs and calves creating a deeply penetrating whole body massage. The warmth, weight and relaxing sounds will completely surround you. The warm water technique will be used on both your front and back side while you lay comfortably on a massage table. Restorative, healing and harmonizing your body will naturally surrender any stress, emotional anxieties, physical tightness, pain and uneasiness allowing your body, mind and spirit to be in harmony.

Private Sound Bath & Energy Session
In-Person Only. Immerse yourself in a 20 bowl Tibetan Vibrational Sound Bath while laying comfortably on a massage table. These bowls will be placed around the body while being played. Tibetan bowls have been used in the Himalayas for centuries to bring whole body harmonization and healing. While in a deep state of relaxation bowls I will utilize energy modalities sometimes through light touch. Due to a term called entrainment your body will naturally align itself to the acoustical energy and vibration of the Tibetan bowls. When the body is aligned, your energy flows freely which facilitates in relieving stress, emotional trauma, anxiety, pain and physical tightness. Midway through the session you will turn on your stomach so both your front and backside will receive the vibrational sound and intuitive energy therapy.

Remote Sound Session via Zoom
Via Zoom For those of you who are unable to meet in person we provide remote Tibetan sound bowl sessions via Zoom. This is possible through our investment in a high quality and professional microphone system that is able to clearly pick up and deliver all the sound complexities of Tibetan singing bowls.
Please note YOU MUST USE A HEADSET OR HEADPHONES for the sound quality to come through. The sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls are very complex and do not come through clearly on built in cell phone or computer speakers. If you do not have headphones, we ask you cancel your appointment for a refund.
This recorded session will use between 15 to 20 different Tibetan bowls and other complimentary sound instruments from our personal hand curated collection from around the world. Depending on what we uncover in our meet and greet, we will work together with Spirit to create a sound symphony that will entrain your soul and body back to true harmony through the power of remote technology. By the end of the session you will be in a deep vibrational state of relaxation, harmony and peace. These remote sound sessions also make great gifts for loved ones.

Sound Session for Special Needs
This 50 to 60 minute in-home sound & energy healing session is for a person with special needs who is dealing with issues such as limited mobility, Autism, hospice care, bed confinement, pregnancy, cancer treatment, etc. I travel to your home and setup based on the space provided. Sessions can be conducted while the patient is in bed or sitting up in a chair. Initial visit will require a 15 min ( no charge ) assessment.

KidsSOUND Zone
Teach children the power of sound. Himalayan Healing Sounds offers private sessions for children ages 8 to 13. These sessions allow hands on learning through games, discussions and fun! Topics covered are the importance of sound, how sounds and our words effect us and others, interactive time to explore a variety of sound instruments such as Tibetan bowls, rattles, rain sticks, bells, chimes, native drums and more. There will be exercises and discussions on how to identify and feel your own energy, overview of the chakra system and mindfulness. Sessions are approximately 1.5 hours long for groups of 4 to 6 kids. For more information please email us.
Sounds for the Office
Looking for a unique and relaxing idea for your office, employees or co-workers? Himalayan Healing Sounds offers group conference room sessions (up to 10 people) or one on one private massage chair sound bath sessions. It's a wonderful way to show your appreciation for a job well done.
The business world can be a complex and stressful place and being able to bring your employees or teams back to a calm center can be a game changer for office and employee dynamics. Sound therapy is gaining traction as a corporate wellness offering. It can reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance team bonding, leading to a more positive and productive work environment. Companies like Google and Gucci have already incorporated sound healing sessions for their employees.
Conference Room Sound Session Your conference room will be setup with 10 to 15 large Tibetan Bowls across the conference table. We start off the session by discussing. sound therapy and it's benefits, then we have a brief Q&A. Then we start off with aroma therapy and then provide everyone eye covers and start to walk the group through a breathing meditation aimed to relax the body. Then the sound bath session starts and usually goes for 25 to 30 min. People will feel relaxed and mindful at the end. For those who are curious we do allow time for people explore sound for themselves and and ask them to pick a bowl and we guide them on how to play them. These sessions can be a wonderful way to help your employees experience the power of sound and how it can be a powerful work/life/balance tool.
Individual Massage Chair Sound Bath (half day minimum) These half or full days Himalayan Healing Sounds will setup a sound space in a vacant office or conference room. Your employees will sign up for 20 to 30 min sessions where they will be placed in a massage chair. To start off we will lightly press on cranio-sacral touch points to induce relaxation for several minutes then we will provide aroma therapy and start the sound session. Tibetan bowls are placed around them efore we arrive we work with you to create an employee sign up sheet
Trance Healing with Dr. Charles
(Via Zoom) I've had the honor of connecting to Charles L. Higgins thru what is called trance, a deep altered state of consciousness where one is able to communicate and connect to the spirit world. I work closely with Charles and his healing teams channeling their messages of love, energy healing and guidance for your soul and the life journey you are on. This is a service for those of you who are comfortable with deep altered states of consciousness, energy healing and do not stand in fear of the Spirit world.
The Zoom session will start off with a short conversation to understand your needs, explain the trance healing process and answer any questions you might have. Then I will say a short prayer and go into the deep altered state of trance. In this state, you will see my face change and voice deepen as the blending with Charles is taking place. Charles and the teams will scan your energetic, emotional and physical body and provide feedback. (Please note this is not medical advice or diagnosis). From there, Charles will start delivering his messages and energy healing and if you wish you will be able to ask Charles questions at the end of your session.
To close your session, I will need a few minutes to de-blend to step out of the altered state. Please note that Charles and his teams can continue to work with you after your session depending on what your body and Spirit needs.
