GROUP SESSIONS Please note due to the limited spaces for our group sessions we do not offer refunds at this time. PRIVATE SESSIONS Please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment. We understand sometimes unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Cancellation and/or rescheduling can be made up to 12 hours before your appointment start time. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your appointment you will be expected to pay a $20 cancellation fee. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule your appointment through the online booking system please text 310-779-3029 to let us know.
